**Responsibilities**
**Our next RN Residency program start date will begin September 20th, 2025** . Completion will be based on 100% validation of competencies during your clinical hours. Our target candidates are baccalaureate-prepared nurses who have graduated within one year prior to the start of the program, and who have not previously worked as a registered nurse or interim permittee.

2. Explain why you are interested in the RN Residency Program at Northridge Hospital Medical Center.
3. Explain why you are interested in the unit or specialty field that you selected.
4. Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years?

**Qualifications**
**Required**
+ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing within the past 12 months from start of program (Gradution 10/2024 or after).
+ 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.
+ An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state they will be practicing (interim permits cannot be accepted) upon hire.
+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required prior to start of program.
+ Additional Certifications to be required based on department selection.
This position is represented by SEIU L121RN and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement

$47.58 - $47.58 /hour
