Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented and motivated Entry-Level Residential Architectural Designer to join our team! As a key member of our design team, you'll support project managers with construction documents, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and builders. Proficiency in Revit and Auto-Cad is required, with SketchUp and Lumion experience being a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Support project managers with developing construction documents, including plans, elevations, and sections
- Create 3D models and renderings using Revit and Lumion
- Collaborate with team members to ensure design consistency and quality
- Communicate effectively with:
Multitask and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate good organizational skills and time management to deliver high-quality work
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in Architectural Design
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCad
- Familiarity with SketchUp and Lumion (desired but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
