We are hiring  Certified Flaggers in  Hendersonville, NC for  day, night, and overnight shifts — full-time and part-time opportunities available. As a Flagger, you will play a vital role in maintaining safe traffic flow around construction and utility sites. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!  Not certified? No problem — we offer free NCDMV certification.

Responsibilities:

• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely through work zones
• Set up, monitor, and remove traffic control signs and devices
• Communicate clearly with crew members and the public
• Monitor surroundings and report hazards or unsafe conditions
• Enforce site safety rules to protect workers and the public

Qualifications:

• Must be  NCDMV Certified (we’ll provide free certification if needed)
• Ability to  stand, walk, and work outdoors for long periods
• Comfortable working in  all weather conditions
• Able to  lift and carry cones, signs, and related equipment
• Reliable, alert, and professional attitude on the job
