Job Title: Warehouse RMA Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse RMA Specialist to manage and process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). This role involves working closely with various internal departments to ensure the efficient flow of materials and provide support to technicians in the field. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining RMA inventory, sourcing replacement equipment and parts, and continuously improving RMA processes.

Responsibilities
  • Handle RMA materials from the field, production, or vendors as required.
  • Track RMA inventory maintained in Field Service warehouses.
  • Process and follow up on open RMA orders.
  • Source replacement equipment/parts to support technicians in the field.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Field Service, purchasing, warehouse, shipping, and accounting to close RMA orders.
  • Manually load or unload RMA orders from pallets, skids, or other lifting devices.
  • Obtain a forklift license to assist in material handling.
  • Validate material requirements and process inventory changes in multiple IT systems.
  • Confirm that quality checks and documentation have been completed.
  • Communicate with vendors to return items for replacement or receive credit notes.
  • Follow existing RMA processes and protocols, seeking improvements to current processes.
  • Assist Purchasing with information required to procure equipment/parts.
  • Notify stakeholders immediately of any potential material delays.
  • Expedite and facilitate the flow of materials to and from various departments, noting production complications.
  • Continuously improve processes and offer solutions to support the organization and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Skills
  • At least 3 years of RMA experience, preferably in a field service environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office programs, ERP, and other IT applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with return merchandise authorization and warehouse inventory management.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
