About the Role

Jumpmind is seeking a Visual Content Designer to lead the creation of branded graphics and video content across digital, event, and internal channels.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design high-impact visuals for social media, web, email, and digital campaigns
• Create branded collateral for tradeshows, events, and sales enablement
• Assist in the development of templates and style guides to ensure consistency across teams
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to visualize technical concepts and product features

Video Production

• Manage the production of short-form videos for social media, product demos, customer stories, and internal communications
• Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and branded intros/outros
• Contribute to campaign ideation and creative direction

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in graphic design
• Video production and/or shooting experience a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design across platforms
• Experience creating content for B2B audiences, ideally in tech or enterprise software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver polished work on tight timelines
