Our client is a product technology company with offices in Bulgaria and the USA, which focuses on developing and implementing innovative IoT solutions for the security industry with the mission to create simple, innovative, and dependable technology that helps alarm companies bring smart security to every household and business around the world.
What is your new role:
- Maintain, develop, and test the desktop application used for hardware testing.
- Ensure reliability and optimization of the application to facilitate efficient interaction between software and hardware.
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Develop new functionalities to improve testing processes.
- Provide documentation and training for the team on the proper use of the application.
- Improve the quality of The company's products by designing and implementing improvements to the test fixtures.
- Use The company's templates for production test fixtures, as well as design new fixtures for new products.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in desktop application development.
- Strong programming skills in C# and the .NET Framework.
- Proficiency with databases (SQL) and integration with hardware devices.
- A solid understanding of UI/UX principles, with the ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience in software testing and quality assurance (QA).
- Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Experience designing and implementing both hardware and software improvements for test fixtures.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to completing tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various technical areas.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
