With a focus on autonomous and scalable systems, this role offers high visibility and leadership opportunities as we expand globally. Responsibilities + Provide a high-touch experience throughout the recruiting process, maintaining an active pipeline for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions. + Conduct full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, managing candidate debriefs, and extending offers. + Collaborate with company leadership to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategies, and interview feedback. + Mentor other recruiters within the team. + Develop and scale talent acquisition functions, focusing on candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, intern/university recruiting, and onboarding. + Analyze data, track metrics, and innovate methods to enhance talent hiring processes. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional recruiting experience. + 6+ years of technical recruiting experience. + At least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience. + Proven ability to work legally in the United States. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in Technical Engineering Recruiting. + Ability to provide legal proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States. Work Environment Our state-of-the-art facility in Hawthorne spans 20,000 square feet, offering large open spaces for team collaboration, R&D, and production. Located in the heart of LA's vibrant tech ecosystem, our workplace provides easy access to major freeways and is surrounded by numerous high-growth startups. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/yr. We are located in Hawthorne in a 20,000 square foot, state of the art facility featuring large open spaces for team collaboration, R&D, and production, as well as easy access to the 405, 105, and 110 freeways. Our facility is in the heart of LA's vibrant emerging tech eco-system alongside many other high growth start-ups and enterprises. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Hawthorne,CA.
