Recruiting Coordinator

This role supports the onboarding and offboarding of internal and external personnel within a large utility organization. The Recruiting Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for coordinating HR systems access, documentation, and compliance tracking, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Ideal for a self-starter with strong organizational skills and a team-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding logistics: system access, hardware orders, training compliance, and IT coordination
• Set up new hires in HR systems and document onboarding status throughout the process
• Track timekeeping, training attendance, and compliance for new hires during ramp-up
• Handle sensitive employee data with discretion and professionalism
• Support offboarding processes, ensuring timely system and equipment deactivation

What we're looking for:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to manage administrative processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases in parallel
