Recruitment Consultant

Location: Houston, Texas (Heights)

Start Date: August 19th (Interviews ongoing)

Work Setting: On-site (4 days in office, 1 day remote after probationary period)

Salary: $40,000 base.

Estimated total earnings (OTE):

• Year 1: $50–55k
• Year 2: $60–80k
• Year 3: $95k+

Join Spencer Ogden as a Recruitment Consultant , where your primary focus is candidate management. You’ll play a key role in helping top-tier clients fill critical roles. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who love recruitment and people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with our account managers and sales consultants to fill active job openings.
• Proactively source and build talent pipelines for niche roles.
• Conduct detailed phone screenings to understand candidate experience, technical skills, and career goals.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle — from interview prep to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Keep the CRM up-to-date with candidate activity and feedback.
• Deliver excellent service to both candidates and hiring teams.
• Monitor hiring trends and conduct basic market research within your sector.
