We are looking for a licensed NC Real Estate Agent who is ready to be a full-time Showing Agent and is eager to hit the ground running. We need someone who will fit the team. • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
• Prospect Daily
• Show houses, write offers, and negotiate deals for the clients
• Help Clients with a smooth closing process
• MUST HAVE active NC Real Estate License
• MUST HAVE Driver's License and Car Insurance
• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools, and amenities so that client questions may be answered
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc., so the process is done in a timely manner
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes, and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria

Qualifications:

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
