A Showing Assistant with Flourish is a WAY bigger opportunity that it seems like on the surface. Not only are they entrusted with showings that the 40 Flourish Colorado agents can't handle, but we only put people in a Showing Assistant role that wants to also build a big business and a big life, eventually.
Our Showing Assistants are working their way through our Career Launch (or RE-launch) Program, where in the end, agents put between 6 and 11 transactions under contract during the program. This is a great opportunity for someone who is either launching their real estate business, or they're in a drought and looking for some support to kick start their career, while also earning supplemental income.
