This vital role supports both the day-to-day operations of our office and plays a key part in building strong relationships with our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will be organized, service-driven, and have great communication skills, helping to ensure our agents feel valued, supported, and committed to our brokerage. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. • Manage an active group of agents (50-100 outbound calls per day)
• Plan for company trips and outings, and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success.
• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails, and make sure the right people receive all important information.
• Keep agent satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating agent complaints.
• Assist with projects assigned by the management team.
• Ordering office supplies and marketing materials.
• Keeping the office and kitchen clean and tidy.

Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Great written and verbal skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills.
• Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) NOT REQUIRED, BUT IS A BONUS.
• Outgoing with an A+ customer service approach.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once.
• Able to thrive and work independently.
• Able to use logic and problem-solving skills to resolve urgent agent issues.
• An organized approach and the ability to work around distractions.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• Sense of humor and enjoys working with people.
