Job Title: QA Inspector
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated QA Inspector to conduct thorough inspections and monitor manufacturing processes for a pharmaceutical company located in Oklahoma City. This role is designed for the 2nd shift, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Spend approximately 40% of the shift on the production floor working with manufacturing to ensure products meet SQuIPP standards.
• Perform in-process inspections of active production, filling, labeling, and packaging areas to resolve problems early and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Create and issue batch records, and document and establish area SOPs and WINs in a timely manner.
• Participate in health authority inspections, customer audits, and global quality audits.
• Assemble media fill batch records.
• Verify daily cleaning is complete prior to production setup.
• Review production logbooks for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform daily pressure checks to ensure they are within proper limits prior to production setup.
• Handle quality assurance responsibilities involving environmental monitoring.
• Review and author relevant documents.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of manufacturing and/or QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical quality assurance processes.
• Experience with automation systems and laboratory procedures.
• Knowledge of SOPs and inspection protocols.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
• Skills in visual inspection and quality control.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
