Physician Assistant Opportunity - Fort Wayne

• Need: PA with procedure Interventional skills, or PA interested in learning how to do and assist in doing basic IR procedures.
• Need RT certification to do fluoro cases 
  First year salary $135,000 to $150,000 depending on experience.

The PA will work under the supervision of licensed radiologists and play a key role in optimizing patient care by performing image-guided procedures, evaluating patients, reviewing diagnostic imaging, and collaborating with referring providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-procedure evaluations and obtain informed consent from patients.
• Perform and assist with image-guided procedures such as fluoroscopy, ultrasound-guided aspirations, biopsies, drain placements, arthrograms, and paracentesis/thoracentesis (depending on experience and state scope).
• Provide post-procedure care, including documentation, patient instructions, and follow-up coordination.
• Document all patient interactions and procedures in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in quality assurance, protocol development, and departmental improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Active and unrestricted PA license in Indiana.
• NCCPA certification required.
• Experience in radiology, interventional radiology, or procedural medicine preferred but not required—new graduates with a strong interest in radiology are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
