Title: Network Engineer (Onsite - Cayce, SC)
Location: Cayce, SC
Job Type: Contract (12 Months)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 100% Onsite

Responsibilities
Administer and support Active Directory (on-premises & Azure AD) within hybrid environments.
Design, optimize, and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to align with enterprise security standards.
Develop and manage PowerShell automation scripts for daily administrative tasks.
Perform user, group, and access management while ensuring security compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve GPO, authentication, and directory replication issues.
Work with Cybersecurity to implement CIS/NIST-aligned security baselines and access controls.
Collaborate across IT teams for network segmentation, remediation, and modernization efforts.
Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex identity or access-related issues.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of Windows Server administration and Active Directory management (on-prem & Azure AD).
Strong expertise in GPO configuration and PowerShell scripting.
Solid understanding of network fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, and IAM concepts.
Experience with Citrix Presentation Server/XenApp and enterprise backup/disaster recovery solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Azure virtualization, Intune, Quest KACE, and Linux systems.
Familiarity with SAN/NAS storage (Hitachi or similar).
Understanding of HIPAA, CJIS, and CDC compliance standards.
Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Security+ are a plus.
Experience with AI-driven network monitoring and automation tools.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
