Aerotek Is Hiring MIG Welders In McConnellsburg PA

Pay : $22.75 – $26.40/hour (based on experience and weld test)

Sign On Bonus: $1500 in your first year

Shifts :

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11PM– 7AM

Job Overview

We’re seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team. Candidates must pass a weld test and demonstrate proficiency in blueprint reading, crane operation, and welding equipment use.

Key Responsibilities

• Weld metal parts in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Operate overhead cranes and hand tools safely
• Assemble and position materials for welding
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Adaptability and reliability in a production setting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.

Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees
$1,500 Total
$500 @ 3 months of employment
$500 @ 6 months of employment
$500 @ 12 months of employment
