Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enthusiastic about brand development, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns

• 
  Conduct market research and compile reports on competitor activity and consumer trends

• 
  Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and vendors to produce promotional materials

• 
  Help organize marketing events and product launches

• 
  Maintain marketing calendars and track project progress

• 
  Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts

• 
  Support in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 
  1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

• 
  Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• 
  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
