Lighthouse Lab Services is partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Westchester, NY that is currently seeking a Project Manager to support and oversee critical initiatives within its laboratory operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in the coordination and execution of a major laboratory relocation and modernization effort.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within a healthcare or laboratory setting and thrive in environments requiring cross-functional collaboration and logistical coordination.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage laboratory-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.

• Coordinate the relocation and setup of laboratory equipment in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Collaborate closely with lab leadership, construction teams, and vendors to ensure the successful design and layout of new lab spaces.

• Review and interpret architectural blueprints and floor plans to facilitate efficient lab workflows.

• Track project milestones, create detailed reports, and communicate updates to senior management.

• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

• Promote a collaborative, solutions-focused environment across interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a healthcare, clinical laboratory, or regulated environment.

• Experience with laboratory relocations, renovations, or capital equipment installations strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and floor plans.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $110,000 – $120,000 , depending on experience
