Rate Range: $24-$27/Hr Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- The ideal candidate will assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial models
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong Excel skills; knowledge of financial modeling preferred
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
