About the Role

As a Janitor, you will play a key role in shaping the patient's experience from the moment they walk through the door. By maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility, you will ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and patients. A clean and well-maintained space contributes directly to the comfort and satisfaction of every patient, making a positive impact on their overall experience at our practice. 

Responsibilities

• General Office Cleaning: Keep the office lobby, treatment rooms, and common areas clean and presentable at all times. 

• Sterilization of Dental Instruments: Properly clean, sterilize, and organize dental tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards. 

• Sanitation of Office Bathroom: Ensure bathrooms are consistently sanitized, stocked with necessary supplies, and maintained in excellent condition. 

• Trash Removal: Empty trash bins throughout the office and dispose of waste in an environmentally responsible manner. 

• Updating Office Cleaning Logs: Maintain accurate records of cleaning, sterilization, and sanitation tasks as required. 

• ⚠ Safety Compliance: Apply all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned work. 

• Maintenance Reports: Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel. 

• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned. 

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:  

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 

• ✅ Successful completion of the initial online assessment provided during the application process. 

• Willingness to work weekends. 

• ⏰ Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional demeanor. 

Skills:  

• Knowledge of proper sterilization and sanitation procedures. 

• Good communication and organizational skills. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. 

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently. 

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods of time.
