Are you a strategic financial leader ready to step into a high-impact Interim Finance Director? LHH is partnering with a fast-growing organization seeking an experienced Interim Director of Finance to work directly with the CFO on several accounting, financial, and systems-related projects to help drive performance, and support executive decision-making during a critical transition period. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact on a company in a high growth trajectory collaborating with executive management.
Responsibilities
· Hands on accounting & reporting, budgeting, modeling, and forecasting
· Implement revenue recognition procedures in accordance with ASC 606
· Partner with executive leadership to shape financial strategy and business planning
· Assisting in chart of accounts clean up and upcoming ERP system conversion
· Support the cost accounting initiative aimed at enabling accurate gross margin analysis by implementing systems and processes to capture true cost data across operations
· Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and transparency
Qualifications
· Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience
· Proven track record as a senior finance executive in small to medium size organizations
· Strong background in GAAP, financial modeling, and strategic planning
· Experience in manufacturing and private equity-backed environments preferred
· CPA or MBA strongly preferred
