We're seeking licensed (or willing to obtain license), entrepreneurial-minded insurance producers to sell insurance products with the full support of an established Farmers Agency-but without micromanagement or day-to-day oversight.

This is a 1099 contractor opportunity, not a salaried position. Where you control your income and your time.

• * 50% New Business Commission on Agency Proceeds from Written Premium
• *$300 Monthly Bonus opportunity for producers writing $30,000+ in new business per month
• *25% Renewal Commission after 12 months, with $15,000 monthly minimum written premium

• *Can choose to focus on Personal Lines or Life - This position does not require both licenses

Flexible Schedule

• Market, sell, and negotiate insurance policies
• Identify client exposures and recommend suitable coverage
• Process applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations as necessary.
• This role will not require customer service follow up, the agency will take care of all retention.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to promote retention and referrals.
• Enter and maintain complete, accurate records exclusively in the Farmers Apex platform or any successor system designated by the Agency
• Secure and keep current all state insurance producer licenses and appointments required, completing all continuing-education ("CE") and compliance filings on time.
• Pass Background check for State and Farmers Insurance to be appointed

Obtained or willing to Obtain Either or Both

• Oklahoma Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Oklahoma Life and Health Insurance License
