Addison Group is partnering with a well-regarded organization in Washington DC area to find a skilled Human Resources Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive HR team in a hybrid work environment.

Job Description:

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide support to the HR department by managing internal and external HR inquiries, assisting with recruitment, and maintaining accurate personnel records. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee and external HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance.
  • Assist with sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel records and ensure compliance with employment requirements.
  • Support managers in performance management and review processes.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
