As a Housekeeper at Drury Hotels, you will play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation by ensuring clean and comfortable rooms. Responsibilities include vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, inspecting rooms for maintenance needs, assisting guests with linens, towels, amenities, and information, and maintaining a positive and clean environment. The role requires working on a team with a customer-focused attitude, following established cleaning standards, and providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude. The position may require working weekends (Saturday and Sunday). No previous cleaning experience is required, but knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies, ability to work independently, and a positive, service-oriented attitude are expected. Physical requirements include the ability to walk and stand for the entire shift, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend, and occasionally lift 25-35 pounds. Education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school is required. The job reports to the Executive Housekeeper / Assistant General Manager and promotes a cooperative work environment across hotel departments.
