• Admissions: 12% admitted patients
• Rounding: Included
• Case Mix: General Hospital Medicine

FACILITY INFORMATION:

• EMR System: Meditech
• Support Staff Available: NPPA shifts (9a–9p, 12:30p–12:30a)
• Reason for Coverage: Coverage due to open requisition

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE:

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (Clean file required)
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60 days

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Licenses: Active GA license with GA-addressed DEA
• Certifications: ACLS required
• Experience: Not specified
• Other Qualifications: Clean file for expedited privileges; TB, Flu, MMR, Hep B, Varicella immunizations required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide direct inpatient hospitalist care.
• Manage admissions and discharges.
• Collaborate with APPs and support staff.
• Utilize Meditech for EMR documentation.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation.
