Job Title: Janitor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of hospital facilities. The role involves performing light cleaning duties and providing high-quality service to ensure a hygienic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service with personalized attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies efficiently.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings regularly.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings thoroughly.
• Empty and sanitize trash containers responsibly.
• Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers to maintain hygiene.
• Wipe down glass surfaces to ensure clarity and cleanliness.
• Make beds and change linens as required.
• Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layouts.
• Respond promptly to guest queries and requests.
• Address housekeeping issues, such as spills and broken glasses, effectively.
• Contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism with customers and fellow associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
