We are growing and seeking candidates to join our Training Department! Qualities we look for in a successful candidate include leadership, strong training and communication skills, honesty, adaptability, positive attitude, team player, self-motivated, and regular and dependable attendance. Candidates must successfully complete an eight to twelve-week paid management training program involving certification in all crew positions and ServSafe Certification. Instruction includes timed skills tests, written tests, classroom sessions, and management skills. Upon successful completion of training, the Field Training Manager is required to travel to one or more stores on a daily basis. Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License is required. Mileage and gas reimbursements provided. Must be at least 18 years old and a High School graduate or equivalent. Restaurant and/or Management experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience with Restaurant Management or Training in the Quick Service industry with recent relevant experience in implementing training and familiarity with managing a team
• Effective and efficient at training under a wide variety of circumstances
• Willing to always follow company policies and procedures
• Must love to work in a team environment and communicate well with others
• Able to maintain a positive attitude and even temperament
• Adaptable and patient with different learning styles
• You understand your success depends on the success of others

Schedule:

• Open Availability
• Weekends
• Holidays
• 50 hours per week
• 10-hour shift

Experience:

• Management or Training: 2 years (Preferred)

This Job Is:

• Open to applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and a valid Driver's License.
