We're seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a temporary Executive Court Administrator. This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our Justice Court in Albany.

Major Duties - Review Justice Court monthly revenue reports and assign proper distribution codes based on laws, regulations, rules, guidelines, standards and procedures.
- Review Justice Court revenue reports and obtain missing information to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Track communications regarding justice reports.
- Maintain critical database records.
- Prepare, track and disseminate report filing notification emails.
- Maintain physical and electronic records related to justice reporting.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Perform office support and clerical work to meet the requirements of Justice Court Fund operations. Can Include the following and additional duties:
- Answer phones and direct technical assistance calls.
- Manage emails.
- Log transactions in computerized systems.
- Track general communications.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Exciting Opportunity Details - Rate: $30.00 /hour.
- Length of engagement: 1+ year.
- Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
- Location: Albany, NY (12236).
