This isn’t traditional event planning (like weddings or banquets)—it's face-to-face engagement, brand visibility, and grassroots marketing . Whether you're a recent graduate, career starter, or people person , this role offers real-world experience and clear paths for career advancement.
💼 Key Responsibilities:Assist in setting up, running, and breaking down live events and promotional activations
Represent brands and nonprofit causes at retail events, festivals, and local pop-ups
Engage directly with the public, share campaign messaging, and distribute promo materials
Build rapport with shoppers, community members, and local businesses
Support your team in meeting campaign goals and engagement targets
Track performance metrics and gather public feedback to improve outreach results
High school diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Marketing, PR, or Communications is a plus
No experience required — internships, volunteer work, or campus involvement in events/marketing is a bonus
Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
Organized, punctual, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working on your feet and speaking with new people regularly
Able to work weekends and some evenings
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Enthusiastic and naturally people-oriented
Passionate about community engagement, causes, or promotional work
