Job Summary Dredge Hospitality is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly living environment for residents. This includes cleaning and sanitizing living areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, as well as performing general housekeeping duties to ensure a comfortable and hygienic living space. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize living quarters, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors. Change and launder bed linens and towels. Dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely manner. Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Report any damages, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to the supervisor. Assist with moving and arranging furniture as needed. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 21 days on and 14 days off. Proficient in MS Office. This position requires fluent use of verbal and written English. Required Certifications and Licenses Driver’s License (with clean driving record). Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a seated stationary position for long periods of time. Ability to walk around the office to use equipment as needed. Light lifting (up to 20 lbs.) as needed.
