The Role The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors at Enso Village. This role is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment while providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various administrative and hospitality-related tasks.
Position Responsibilities: - Serve as the initial point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with empathy and efficiency, addressing inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to resident needs, coordinating transportation, scheduling appointments, making reservations, and offering information about local events and attractions.
- Support residents with daily living needs, including maintenance requests, package deliveries, and general inquiries.
- Oversee front desk operations, including visitor sign-ins, mail distribution, and emergency response procedures.
- Monitor entrance and common areas to ensure a safe and secure environment, following emergency procedures when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of community events, programs, and services to promote resident engagement.
- Perform administrative duties such as handling phone calls and emails, data entry, managing resident directories, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide emotional support to residents and families, particularly during times of transition or challenges.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enriching living experience for residents.
- Uphold confidentiality and respect for residents' privacy in all interactions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service role, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or senior living.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting residents' privacy.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
- Manual and physical dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and handle paper documents.
- Sufficient near vision acuity to read information on computer screens, handwritten forms, and printed materials.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits: Enso Village is committed to equal pay and transparency. The salary range for this position is $25.00 -$30.00 per hour. This range provided as a general guideline and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors, including candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, external non-profit market data, and business considerations.
