COMMERCIAL SIGNAGE PROJECT MANAGER
We are an full service signage company serving Florida and the Southeast US. We provide top-of-the-line sign services to each and every customer. We value collaboration, foresight and attention to detail, priding ourselves on creating fabrications characterized by precision, beauty and longevity. We have the resources and expertise to help with business signs and professional sign services such as design, production, permitting and installation.
We are looking for a qualified Commercial S ignage Project Manager , with experience in all types of exterior and interior signage, to add to our talented team.
Commercial Signage Project Manager Responsibilities:
* Work with clients to kick off projects and identify the full scope of work needed
* Work closely with Sales Staff to ensure project success
* Regularly update the client and Sales Staff of project status
* Utilize resources available, determine project timeline, pricing accuracy, budgets & project needs
* Foresee any upcoming project hurdles and professionally communicate to all project stakeholders, providing alternative solutions
* Communicate with all departments to bring projects from design to delivery & billing
* Identify and adhere to budgets
* Properly document projects utilizing appropriate software/programs
* Identify when safety hazards are present at job sites and work to alleviate them
* Invoice clients
Commercial Signage Project Manager Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
* Minimum of 2+ years commercial sign industry project management experience required
* Ability to estimate all types of signage
* Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast paced, changing environment
* Able to stay calm and focused during the lifecycle of the project
* Be accountable with strong time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Critical thinking
* Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities
* Ability to work with varying personalities both inside and outside the company
* Experience with previous ERP systems
* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
