Position Title: Clinical Manager
Program(s) and Location: CORE Marconi, CORE X, CORE Howe (Sacramento, CA)
Schedule : Full-time Non-Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (may require working some evenings and weekend schedules)
Pay rate: $41.72 - $43.80 hourly depending on qualifications
Pre-licensed/Associate (within 500 hours of licensure & BBS registered)
Licensed (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.)
About the Position:
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the day to day operations and clinical oversight of clinical care. The Clinical Manager will collaborate with the Program Director regarding clinical consultation and daily operations. This position is responsible for ensuring program quality, maintaining Agency standards, and ensuring clinical contractual compliance. The Clinical Manager supervises clinical staff within the program. Additionally, this position is responsible for completing all internal and external quality assurance activities per County Mental Health Plan(s), such as internal and external audit reviews, and overseeing the procedures for maintaining accurate and up-to-date program records. The Clinical Manager ensures that Best Practices of mental health recovery are trained and implemented.

Directly supervises employees, students, and/or interns as assigned based on agency needs. If staff are licensed by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and certified or trained to do so, provides clinical supervision for employees seeking hours toward licensure.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
