We are looking for a personable, organized, and dependable Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a strong background in administrative support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional, courteous manner
• Answer and route incoming calls in both English and Spanish
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Provide general administrative support to multiple departments
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed
• Perform various clerical tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
