A full service creditor's rights law firm with a national bankruptcy practice is seeking an attorney with experience representing secured creditors in consumer Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases. A qualified candidate must have 2+ years’ experience and a working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. However, we are open to training the right team-oriented candidate with less experience. License to practice law in North Carolina or Tennessee required.
