Job Description
We are looking for a Junior or Assistant Construction Project Manager that is able to assist the Senior Project Manager on ground-up building and turn key building projects. Our client is a well established organization that is growing and looking to add an additional team member. The ideal Project Manager will have experience in the following areas;
- Ground Up Construction
- Design, Engineering knowledge
- Site Utility and Foundation knowledge
- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Scopes.
- Submittals, Schedules and Permitting Procedures
- Sub-Contractor Management
- Customer Facing
The Baltimore/ Washington Metro is ideal for the person to either work in the office and remotely. The surrounding extended areas of DE, NJ, PA and VA to work remotely is also acceptable.
Pay: $80K +/- D.O.E.
