Were looking for a Part-Time Agency Assistant to support our Lincoln office on weekday afternoons. In this role, youll help keep things running smoothly with a mix of administrative, receptionist, and delivery-related responsibilities. If youre dependable, friendly, and love to lend a hand, this is a great opportunity to gain professional experience in a dynamic agency setting.
What Youll Do
Provide front desk support, including phone coverage and greeting visitors
Assist with administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations
Complete local deliveries and pick-ups for the agency and its clients/vendors
Support various teams with errands, mail runs, and other assigned duties
What Youll Bring
Availability from 1:005:00 p.m. on weekdays & available 8-12 hours/week
Junior or senior college standing
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
